Note: This section applies only to internal development, testing, and demonstration activities. UpNorth Devs S.R.L. does not operate any customer-facing WhatsApp Business deployments and does not process real user or customer data.
1. Scope and Purpose of Testing
The phone number +40 743 236 847 is used solely by UpNorth Devs S.R.L. for development and testing purposes with WhatsApp Business integrations. This business phone number and WhatsApp integration are used strictly for development, testing, and demonstration purposes by UpNorth Devs S.R.L.
All WhatsApp message handling, automation (including replies, quick buttons, file transfer), and other features are for internal testing or proof of concept with clients—not for serving real users or collecting personal end-customer information.
2. Data Handling and Confidentiality
No real customer data is collected, stored, or processed during tests or demos; only mock data or anonymized client-provided examples are used.
Any data exchanged during testing (messages, files, logs) is kept strictly confidential and is securely deleted after the engagement or test concludes.
UpNorth Devs S.R.L. does not share data with third parties except as necessary for technical troubleshooting with the client and only with explicit consent.
3. Client Deployment Responsibility
Clients deploying their own WhatsApp Business software are responsible for their own privacy policy, Terms & Conditions, and data protection obligations. UpNorth Devs S.R.L. provides setup, demonstration, configuration, and technical assistance only.
